  When we chose Chris, we chose right!! Acumen gets a five star from me. Chris was professional yet friendly and he took the time to explain all that he was going to do before the install and after. When he was installing my new AC, he noticed my outside hose had a slow drip. He must carry spares around in his truck because he replaced the old dripping valve with a new one!! No more drips and a brand new AC!! He's up front and HONEST. That's what you want. When I need a new furnace, I won't be calling anyone else for quotes, i will be calling Chris. Thanks for all your hard work!

  From the time I contacted Acumen until the work at my home was completed, my experience with the company was very positive. Chris did an amazing job of taking care of my sump pump issues. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and explained every detail of what he was doing in terms that I could understand.   We have used Acumen twice now and both times we have had nothing but amazing service. Our first encounter with Chris was when our very outdated A/C stopped working on a super hot August day two summers ago... Chris came quickly and repaired the unit explaining in detail what had happened. Our next encounter was replacing said unit along with a new furnace just a few weeks ago. Chris took the time to explain the benefits of all the units, what work it would take etc. He was extremely responsive to emails and was always very professional and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our new units, Chris’s quality of work and the customer service we received. We would highly recommend using Acumen.

  I just love it when the randomness of a Google search works out for the best. To my dismay, I came home at 10:30pm to find my 16 year old furnace had stopped working. Within the hour, Chris was in my basement diagnosing the problem. As a single mother of a child with disabilities and on disability myself, I was despondent when I learned I needed a new furnace. That same night, I had an estimate in my email inbox and by morning a visit from Niagara Regional Housing's Emergency Assistance Assessor who confirmed Chris' diagnosis. Chris worked with NRH expeditiously to get my new furnace installed and even brought me space heaters to keep me warm while the approval of funding was sorted out. I am totally in love with his level of service and commitment to doing what is best for the customer. He's my new "go to" guy! I recommend you make him yours!
